Rowdy and Co – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you (and your little ones) to absolutely love every purchase from Rowdy and Co! But we totally understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase/delivery for a store credit only.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? No problem!
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days and follow the same condition guidelines as returns.
  • We recommend contacting us first to confirm availability.

Final Sale Items/Nonrefundable/No returns:

  • Items include: holiday, sale/clearance, custom orders, and gift cards

Gifts

  • Returning a gift? We’ll issue store credit so you can choose something perfect for your little rowdy one.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at rowdycollc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3–5 business days.
