Thank you for shopping with Rowdy and Co! We’re committed to delivering your little ones’ new favorites as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (like holidays or new collection drops), processing times may be slightly extended—but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the U.S. only

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship FREE! All orders under $100 are a flat rate of $7.00.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see the email, double check your spam/junk folder just in case.

Shipping Issues or Delays

Rowdy and Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, or incorrect addresses. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll do everything we can to help sort it out—just reach out to us at rowdycollc@gmail.com.
